This course prepares the participant for the Professional Designation exam leading to the Root Cause Analysis Specialist certificate in problem management. This will provide course participants with a practical, structured approach to applying established root cause analysis principles and proven techniques to identify the sources of recurring incidents and service downtime.

Exam Details

  • The Problem Management: Root Cause Analysis Specialist is managed by Professional Designations.
  • Candidates must complete this training course to take the exam. The web-based exam, supervised by a proctor, includes 40 multiple-choice questions and lasts 60 minutes. A minimum score of 65% is required to pass.
  • A certification exam is mandatory for ALL accredited training outlined in this proposal. The price per learner includes the cost of the associated exam.
