The ITIL® 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve (DPI) qualification is one of the pre-requisites for the designation of ITIL® 4 Managing Professional which assesses the candidate’s practical and technical knowledge about how to run successful IT-enabled services, teams and workflows

Exam Details
ITIL® 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve (DPI) qualification is managed by PeopleCert.
Candidates must complete this training course to take the exam.
The candidate must have passed the ITIL® 4 Foundation examination in order to sit this exam.
The web-based exam, supervised by a proctor, includes 40 multiple-choice questions and lasts 90 minutes. A minimum score of 70% is required to pass.
A certification exam is mandatory for ALL accredited training outlined in this proposal. The price per learner includes the cost of the associated exam.

Each enrolled and approved learner will receive a web-based exam voucher valid for six (6) months.
Course material will only be provided as downloadable soft-copy files that can be viewed on a variety of devices. Attendees may print a hard copy of the files in whatever format best meets their needs and can only use the files under Lean IT Group’s terms of use.
