ITIL® 4 Foundation

The ITIL® 4 Foundation is a course based on the exam specifications specified by PeopleCert for the ITIL® 4 Foundation certification. The fundamental objective of this course is to help the participants understand the key concepts of service management and the ITIL® 4 service management framework and prepare for the ITIL® 4 Foundation exam. In addition, this course offers a rich learning experience that helps the participants relate ITIL® to their own work environment.

  • Understand the key concepts of ITIL® service management.
  • The ITIL® Guiding Principles, enabling organizations to adopt and adapt to the ITIL® service management framework.
  • The purpose and components of the ITIL® Service Value System.
  • The activities of the Service Value Chain.
  • Fifteen ITIL® practices and how they contribute the Service Value Chain activities.

Exam Details

  • The ITIL® 4 Foundation designation is managed by PeopleCert.
  • Candidates must complete this training course to take the exam.
  • The web-based exam, supervised by a proctor, includes 40 multiple-choice questions and lasts 60 minutes. A minimum score of 65% is required to pass.
  • A certification exam is mandatory for ALL accredited training outlined in this proposal. The price per learner includes the cost of the associated exam.

What is Included

  • Each enrolled and approved learner will receive a web-based exam voucher valid for six (6) months.
  • Course material will only be provided as downloadable soft-copy files that can be viewed on a variety of devices. Attendees may print a hard copy of the files in whatever format best meets their needs and can only use the files under Lean IT Group’s terms of use.
  • Unlimited access to e-Learning for six (6) consecutive months.
